Zonk Volta

Some years ago, I started and followed a project about indipendent web compilations named IndieProject.

The project had its own website, and the will was to gain free adhesions to release a indie web compilation every month (circa).

In 2006 that was pretty innovative, it was one of the first web compilation experiments in Italy.

We can say that nowadays, web compilations haven’t assumed good standard and distributions.

And as nowadays, the IndieProject sunk after the first release (including such bands as BikiniTheCat, Batteri Acrobatici, The Phonograph, Damien, The Looters, Thee Dust etc).

I decided to exhume the compilation from my hard-disk to share it with you.

This is a little piece of italian (english sung) music of the first 2k’s.
